Shipping & Delivery
At Coal Tar we strive to process and deliver your order quickly and efficiently. We work with PostNL to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition and within the promised time.
Shipping terms:
- Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM, during the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
Delivery time:
The estimated delivery time for your order is 1 to 2 business days after shipment. Please note that actual delivery time may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with the delivery service.
Postage costs:
Standard shipping costs are €4.95 and are displayed during the checkout process. We offer free shipping on orders with a total amount of €150 or more. This discount will be automatically applied during checkout when you reach the required amount. This is our way of rewarding you for your loyalty to Coal Tar.
Shipping confirmation:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track & trace code. With this code you can track the progress of your package and get an estimate of the delivery time.
Delivery address:
Please ensure you provide the correct and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Packaging Policy:
At Coal Tar we are committed to environmental friendliness. We pack your order with care and attention in plastic-free packaging to minimize our impact on the environment.
